We recommend you book your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred day and time.

  • You can send an enquiry via our online booking for 24/7 email: ashbybeauty@gmail.com or phone the salon directly on 0421 673 817 between opening hours.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. You may be asked to complete a consultation form before your treatment or simply relax in the lounge area.

  • If for any reason you arrive past your booked appointment time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.

  • We kindly request 24 hour's notice should you need to change or cancel a booking however 48 hour's notice or more is preferred.

  • Any appointment cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hour's notice will incur the deposit held to be used as the cancellation fee, to be processed at the time of cancellation.

  • We are unable to accept cancellations left by messages on Sundays, Public Holidays or when we are closed.​

  • You will receive a confirmation text message 48 hour's prior to your appointment date for you to confirm well in advance to help you avoid any cancellation fees.

    24 HOUR CANCELLATION PERIOD

    No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

    Deposits: All appointments require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

    Cancellations: Ashby Beauty Bar understands that unexpected situations may arise and you may not be able to make your appointment. With this in mind if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please advise at least 24hrs prior to your treatment. Failure to notify or show up to your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit or gift voucher.

    GIFT VOUCHERS

    Please note lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • All gift vouchers have a 36mth expiry from date of purchase and must be used by this expiry date. Gift vouchers are considered a deposit for your booking.

  • Cancellation of a confirmed appointment within 24hrs or not showing will result in the forfeit of your gift voucher.
